Do you have a roster of prequalified agents?

Chris Butryn has a massive national network to draw from and solid industry connections. This allows him to locate the right agent for you relatively efficiently. Someone whose skill set aligns with your situation.

While Chris keeps a list of Canadian agents, referred agents may or may not already be on the list. All referrals are made on a custom basis.

Can you refer an agent to help lease a rental property?

Yes, in many locations. Contact us to find out if we can help in your area. No referral fee will be requested of the receiving agent for a lease given the small commission involved.

Can you refer an agent to help buy/sell commercial real estate?

Yes, in many instances. While CONNEXION is primarily meant for residential real estate needs, it is possible to provide a commercial agent introduction, depending on the circumstances.
